| Marshfield Youth Basketball was formed in 1975 as a town wide basketball program open to all school age boys and girls. The program offers both recreational and competitive basketball leagues. Our focus is on learning good sportsmanship, team play and, respect for others, while developing fundamental skills, and understanding the rules of the game. The program is run completely by volunteers with the goal of providing a safe and fun youth sports experience for the children in Marshfield. In 2006/2007, the MYB In-Town Recreation Program had 962 participants playing on a total of 94 teams. The Boys and Girls Travel programs combined had 214 participants on 18 different teams. Thanks to the continued support of the community and the help of our many volunteers. We are excited about the upcoming 2007/2008 season |

| Congratulations to the Coastal Prep 4th Grade Boys Marshfield team for winning the championship game!! They won the final game against the Green Harbor team by 2 points!! Congratulations to both teams on a great season!! |
| Congratulations to the Cranberry League 6th Grade Team for completing a perfect season by winning the championship game against Halifax!! The team completed the regular season with a record of 16 - 0 and won 3 playoff games to be crowned the Cranberry League 6th Grade Champions!! Congratulations to the Cranberry League 7th Grade Team for playing in the championship game against Norwell. They are the runner-ups in the Cranberry League 7th Grade Division. Congratulations to the team and coaches on a great season!! |
| Congratulations to the Old Colony Girls 5th Grade Team for making it to the championship game against East Bridgewater. They are this year's champions in the Two Team Town Division and the OCL 5th Grade runner-ups. Way to go girls!! Congratulations to the Old Colony League 8th grade team for playing in the Two Team Town Division Championship game against Hingham. |
