What is a Pick Up League?
Simple, flexible, and all about having fun!
MYB is excited to open registration for our 6th Annual Summer Pick-Up Basketball League.
This is a fun, relaxed, and low-commitment program designed for players of all skill levels. Whether your child is new to basketball or already loves the game, this league is all about getting outside, staying active, and enjoying summer hoops with friends.
What to Expect
- Drop-in style format – come when you can, skip when you can’t
- No pressure – won’t interfere with vacations or beach days
New teams each week based on attendance - Just show up, get placed on a team, and play
Program Details
- Duration: 7 weeks
- Dates: June 22 – August 7
- Cost: $85
- Grades: Current Kindergarten through Grade 8
- Schedule: Teams meet once per week
- Location: FBMS Outdoor Courts
Weather Policy
- In the event of extreme weather, sessions may be moved indoors to FBMS or BGC (K–1), if available.
- Very few cancellations over the past 5 summers.
Additional Notes
- Schedule is subject to change due to major conflicts
- Friday make-ups may be scheduled based on coach availability
- Volunteer coaches and team captains are needed
K-1 Players
- Players in Kindergarten and Grades K-1 will have dedicated skill-building time included in their sessions, along with gameplay.
